Russian privatization: 'Yes we can'


The formation of the new Russian government in May 2012 has forced an end to the year-long privatization policy limbo. The set-piece resolution came on 7 June when the Medvedev government approved a new privatization plan through 2016 including outright sales of major companies such as Rosneft.
