Jan Cleave

Jan is an analyst on the Russia/FSU team. She previously worked for Radio Free Europe/ Radio Liberty in Munich and Prague, where she wrote extensively on Russia, in particular foreign and defence policy, and the Russian regions. She joined Trusted Sources following spells in publishing and due diligence (with focus on Russia and Eastern Europe). Jan spends several months of the year working out of Moscow. She has a PhD from the University of Bristol.
