Dian Qu

Since joining Trusted Sources as a China analyst in 2008, Dian has specialised in infrastructure and the public sector, as well as China’s consumer market. Dian works between Beijing and London and makes frequent trips around China for source visitations and field research. She has carried out several major studies into China’s healthcare reform programme as well as into infrastructure development, particularly rail, urban transit and power.

Dian graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. Before joining Trusted Sources, she had spent time working for the municipal governments of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong.
