China Monitor: China’s housing sector inches closer to stabilizing but still no rebound

Overview

China’s residential property market could well be another step closer towards bottoming out: the latest government data point to a continued deceleration of the slowdown of an industry that threatens to drag economic growth below the government target of 7 per cent in 2015.
